Michigan Coffee Roasters
ResourcesMichigan Coffee Shop is home to many coffee roasters. The first project from the new Tech & Mortar Hospitality Group, this new cafe in Clawson is a huge (and very cool) space that’s outfitted with a walk-up window. RoosRoast has become well known as a favorite coffee shop for people who care about handmade, sustainability and treating folks right. It’s definitely a spot where you want to sit, enjoy your coffee and hang out for awhile.
Located in an adorable house, visiting The Red Dot feels like dropping by your friend’s place for a cup of coffee. The roasters here take the time to select and prepare the best-tasting beans, and the shop is filled with cozy seating options.
The owner’s of this Northville coffee shop were long-time employees at the now-defunct Expresso Royale, and they know their stuff! Their roaster is a local favorite, and they serve a wide range of espresso drinks along with other beverage options. They also offer a nice selection of gifts and mugs in their shop.
